Mercy Watson might only be 25 years old and new to the plus size modelling world, but she's already causing a stir, having become an advocate for positive body image.

The plus size model from Australia has so far worked with brands including Evans lingerie and Australian fashion brand Crossroads. And with more plus size models, including Ashley Graham and Candice Huffine receiving worldwide attention, appearing in publications including Sports Illustrated magazine and featuring in campaigns for Calvin Klein and River Island, the future looks promising for Watson, who was scouted as a plus size model a couple of years ago. The size 14 beauty, who is now based in New York, also recently featured in US brand David's Bridal spring 2016 campaign. With this talented newcomer pushing and breaking more boundaries with her modelling career, this rising star looks set to make quite an impression.
